Deepak Sulakhe founded OM Housing in 2005 and serves as its President and CEO. Throughout his 20 years in the real estate industry, he has developed more than 7,500 units of multifamily housing, representing a total investment in excess of $950 million in combined debt and equity financing. He was also a key principal on multiple complex and high-profile residential development projects that resulted in the production of thousands of high-quality affordable housing units.

Deepak is married with two children. He owns and operates Jyothi Charitable Trust that provides free education to underprivileged children as well as partners with Abundance of Life (AOL), a nonprofit organization providing social and resident services enhancing lifestyles of working class families. In addition to enjoying swimming and yoga, he cheers for the Dallas Cowboys, Aggies, Sooners, Team India Cricket and all the teams his children participate in.
